    Kenton P. Loughner Sr., 67, of 1802 17th Ave., Beaver Falls, died this morning, Sept. 6, 1985, in the Medical Center of Beaver County, where he had been a patient one week,

    Born Aug. 25, 1918, in Swissvale, Pa., son of the late William Edward and Annie Edwards Loughner, he was a resident of the Beaver Valley most of his life; a 20 year employce of the Liberty Baking Co., from 1946 to 1966, and a 16 year employee of the Babcock & Wilcox Co, in the steel yard at the time of his retirement August 1980.

    He was a member of Steffin Hill United Presbyterian Church, Beaver Falls; a charter member of the Pleasantview Volunteer Fire Association, and served with the U.S. Navy in the European Theater during World War II.

    Surviving are his wife, Dorothy M. Beal Loughner, to whom he [was] married 48 years on Sept. 4th; a son, Kenton P. Jr., Chippewa Township; a daughter, Mrs. Albert (Carole) Dainton, North Sewickley Township; five grandchildren, Kenton P. III, and Justin and Debbie Loughner, and Suellen and Al John Dainton; a brother, Clark Loughner, Patterson Township, and two sisters, Mrs. Paul (Jane) Klingelhoefer. Beaver, and Mrs. Phillip (Ruth) Williams, Patterson Township.

    He was preceded in death by a sister, Mrs Stephen (Ruby) Tarby, in 1977, and a brother, Robert Loughner, and sister, Mrs. Thomas (Doris) Garvey, both June of 1985.
