Kenneth Lloyd Baker, 81, of Findlay, passed away on Monday, August 27, 2012 at Blanchard Valley Hospital. Ken was born on July 23,1931 to Sanford and Velma (Klotz) Baker in Helena, Ohio.

Ken was a 1949 graduate of Port Clinton High School, and attended The Ohio State University and Tiffin University. Ken worked for Marathon Oil Company, retiring in 1986 after 35 years of service. Ken was an avid outdoorsman. He enjoyed golfing, boating, fishing, and hunting. Ken enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Ken was a member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church, a life member of the Findlay Elks Lodge 75, a member of the Findlay Masonic Lodge, the Scottish Rite, the Shriners, Civitan, and the Jaycees. Ken was a past commodore at the Marine City Yacht Club, and Past President of the LaPlas Condo Association.

Ken is survived by his wife of 58 years, Frieda (Carroll) Baker; sons, Kenneth "K.C." (Debbie) Baker, and David (Natalie) Baker; grandchildren, Sarah (Rick) English, Eric, Brett, Kris, Maddie, and Tess Baker; and sisters, Marion (Leo) Bundschuh, and Sandra Baker.

Ken was preceded in death by his parents; and a son, Richard Lloyd Baker.

Friends and Family may visit on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at HUFFORD FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 1500 Manor Hill Rd, Findlay (419-422-1500).

Funeral services will take place on Friday at 1:00 p.m. in the funeral home with Pastor Larry Kreps officiating. Burial will be private in Bradner Cemetery.

Memorial contributions in Ken's name may be made to St. Andrews United Methodist Church, or In memory of Ken Baker, in care of the ICU at Blanchard Valley Hospital, 1900 S. Main St., Findlay, Ohio 45840.
