    Kathleen Wingo, 80, of Colorado Springs, passed away on Sunday, October 21, in Aurora, Colorado.

    Kathleen was a military wife, a home maker, Real Estate Agent and an operator for AT&T until retiring. She was preceded in death by her husband Bennie, an infant daughter Claire as well as adult son Patrick.

    Her surviving children are Raymond Wingo of Bowie, MD and his son Christopher; Susan Carter of Aurora, her husband Craig and daughter Stephanie Bradshaw; Kenneth Wingo of Colorado Springs and his wife Vanessa; Anthony Wingo of Georgia, and Angela Kincaid also of Colorado Springs and her son Bradford Doremus.

    Until 2 years ago Kathleen enjoyed being a part of the Grand Friends organization working with pre-school age children at the Community Center in Security as well as being a member of T.O.P.S. where she had many friends.

    Visitation will be held at Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, on Friday, October 26 from 11:00am to 1:00pm. Funeral services begin at 1:00pm.

    Interment will follow at Memorial Gardens. All are welcome to come celebrate Kathleen's life.
