Kathleen M. Slatter

March 9, 1915 -- Aug. 10, 2006

Kathleen M. Slatter, 91, of Fremont and formerly The Rutherford House, passed away Thursday evening at Valley View Health Care Center.

She was born in Lake CO OH to Richard and Hazel (Shawl) Bowlus. Kathleen was a 1932 graduate of Fremont Ross High School. On June 14, 1935 she married Charles J. Slatter, who preceded her in death on June 17, 1975. She was a homemaker, member of Trinity United Methodist Church, and loved to garden, travel and play cards. She is survived by her daughter Charleen Letterman of Fremont; son, Gerald Slatter of Montana; 5 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and 2 brothers Donn Bowlus and Paul Bowlus.

Visitation: Monday at 12 p.m. until the time of services at 1 p.m. at Keller-Ochs-Koch Funeral Home, 416 S.Arch St. Fremont.
