"Katherine was the daughter of John Iradell Swain and his second wife Ann Ella Dodds Swain. She married Payton J. Williams about 1945 and had one son, James P. Williams. Katherine taught school for many years in Sinton, Texas. She was preceeded in death by her parents, and her husband, and leaves behind her son, and her grandchildren Jason, Christina, and Jamie, as well as her brother, sisters and other extended family who mourn the loss of this fine woman. She will be missed."
