is listed as "of Schwarzach" rather than Schwarzach. Heir is Erwin H. Ruf A typed german Ped Chart spels the first given name Karolina rather than
Karoline (not changed). It also has the Jan for the birthdate lined out and
 replaced with Feb (not changed).

A Heiratsurkunde for her marriage to Wilhelm Friedrich Ruf spells her last name

with one 'S' WEISBROD rather than WEISSBROD (not changed). It also adds "Amt
Buehl" to the birthplace. The order of her given names is reversed. It is
listed as Wilhelmine Karoline WEISBROD rather than Karoline Wilhelmine (not
changed). This is an certified document.

Mardy noted that Maria Fry told her that Karoline was a governess or tutor for

children of a russian family. She was doing this at the time she met her
husband. She was well educated and really wanted children - her husband was
not that interested in having children. Karoline kept a book that her
friends wrote into. One of the entries is a beautifully handwritten poem
written by her suitor in a very beautiful penmanship. He would later become
 her husband.
