THOMAS, June R. 86, of Dayton, passed away Friday, September 23, 2005 in Eaton, Ohio. June was born in Dayton on June 20, 1919 to John & Hettie (Zeller) Coughenour. She is a 1937 graduate of Stivers High School and a member of V. F. W. #6560 Ladies Auxiliary. Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Howard S. "Pee Wee" Thomas (1984); 2 sisters & a brother; son-in-law, George Tarzinski. Survived by 4 daughters & sons-in-law, Beverly Tarzinski of Tipp City, Carol & Joe Jankowski of Tipp City, Norma & Wayne Centers of Dayton, Cindy & Les Maggard of West Alexandria; son & daughter-in- law, Randy & Toni Thomas of Dayton; 11 grandchildren & 20 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives & many friends. Funeral service 10 a.m. Monday at the GEORGE C. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, "North Dayton Chapel", 5040 Frederick Pike at Needmore Road. Pastor Monte Stevens, officiating. Interment Willow View Cemetery. June's family will receive friends one-half hour prior to the service (9:30-10:00 a.m.) Monday at the George C. Martin Funeral Home.
