Julia Anderson of Belmont, nr. Geelong, widow, d. 15feb1890; David Aitken, Henry Wood Anderson, Henry Oliphant Anderson, daughter Helen Timms, John Lyall Anderson are mentioned (this was Julia Lyall). William Lyall (1821 Fotheran, Aberdeenshire-1888 Cranbourne) was son of John Lyall and Helen Webster of Tasmania (web), brother of Julia. Henry Anderson had a nephew, Robert Oliphant Timms, who married Margaret Mickle Lyall (b. 1854), daughter of William Lyall (b. 1821). Mrs. Timms reported in 1937 that her father, William Lyall, had coursed hares from 1858. A dinner was given for William Lyall at Cranbourne Hotel (1861) (Melbourne Argus).
