Wolcott, Judith, Wethersfield. Whereas, Mrs. Judith Wolcott, late of Wethersfield, did give by her will her whole estate to her five surviving daughters and unto the sons and daughters of her deceased son Capt. Samuel Wolcott, late of Wethersfield, to be divided among them as in sd. will expressed; and whereas, her son Josias Wolcott did likewise give by his will some part of his estate to his brother, the aforesd. Capt. Samuel Wolcott, and his sisters, to be equally divided among them after the death of his mother, Mrs. Judith Wolcott: Now, know all men by these presents: That we, William Burnham and Hannah his wife of Kensington, Sarah Welles, relict of Capt. Robert Welles, late of Wethersfield deceased, Samuel Robbins and Lucy his wife, Elizabeth Wolcott, John Stilman and Mary his wife, Abigail Wolcott, relict of Capt. Samuel Wolcott deceased, Samuel Wolcott, Elisha Wolcott and Josiah Wolcott, all of Wethersfield, Abraham Waterhouse and Abigail his wife of Saybrook, and Jonathan Russell and Mehetabell his wife of Wethersfield, all the parties that are interested in either of the estates given as above said, have agreed upon a division and final settlement of both the estates aforesd.
