[#121] "The only record we have referring to Judah was" in 1728 he witnessed the will of Jeremiah Kelley of Yarmouth, father-in-law of his sister Mehitable [so born by 1707 to be of legal age). Deceased before his father's will of 1752, but Zebulon, son of Judah deceased, is mentioned in that will. "It is not known when he married and it is not probable that he had more than the one child."
