"Orne, Jonathan, Esq., [died] July 16, 1758, a. 87 y. (gravestone record, Old Burying Hill Cemetery.)"

The record for the death of "Jonathan Orne" seems to be a misreading of the gravestone. There appears to have been no Jonathan of the second or third generation of this family born in in the 1670s, and certainly none who survived until 1758.
