JOSHUA was born in the same county as the Lower families lived in 1812. Therefore; it would seem that his parents followed the Lowers (and others) across the state line to Wayne County, Indiana, and then to Fayette County, and finally to Madison County.

The parents of Joshua are not known by this compiler - nor where they are buried.
