Joshua Driscoll and Eliza Ward applied for a marr. Lic. on Sept 9, 1835. Joshua left a will (TT#8, pg. 179 wMar 27, 1857: pApril 14, 1857). To wife Elizabeth land called “Jones Delight” willed to me by my father Benjamin in his last will and testament.

Worcester land records show in 1855 Benjamin Driskell sold for nominal $ land called Jones Delight to Joshua Driskell Liber EDM#7, pg 289 and to Eliza Driskell, wife of Joshua, pg. 293, same liber.

The 1850 Worcester Co., MD census (pg.308) shows Joshua Duskey, age 37, farmer, b. MD. His wife is Eliza, age 39, b. MD. They have 3 children: Joshua age 11; Sally age 9; and Charles age 7.
