1870 census lists him as "Aggers"; wife Mary and son, William, age 14. There's also a Lizzie Wiggins or Higgins, age 9 and born in IL living with them.

1880 census says he is 54, b. KY; father b. KY and mother b. VA.

In the 1850 Coles Co. census he's 19 and living with the James T. Cunningham family. James Cunningham was the husband of Elizabeth Yocum, Mary Jane's sister, who died a year earlier. Also living with the family was a Mary J. (name unreadable but looks like it could be Odell) age 34 and a 9 yr. old male with a name that looks like "Clervina". Is this the son she had with Odell? Could be but his name is shown as Thomas in the 1860 census. I'm unable to find a Mary Jane Odell listed in the 1850 census so am just assuming this could be her.
