Smith listed in the 1880 census for North Platte, Lincoln Co., Nebraska, Joseph C. Smith 30 born Indiana (parents same), 'wagonmaker'; with wife Sarah J. 30 IN; and daughter Elizabeth 1 born NE (parents IN); and nephew John T. Beagley [Beazley], 15 born Iowa (father Indiana, mother Missouri). There is a Joseph C. Smith listed in the Iowa State census in 1885 in Fremont Co. John F. Beazley is found in the California State Hospital in San Bernadino in 1900-1920. He died in Mendocino Co., California, in 1952. |
