  3.   We have not found birth records for Joseph Schwirtlich. He and his father John Schwirtlich are on the 1880 census living in Fayette County, Texas living with the Joseph Schneider family, while Stephan and Franc were living with their mother F. Schwirtlig in Lavaca County, Texas.

In the register of births for the village Hyncice /Heinzendorf/ was found the record of birth of Stephan Schwirtlich. He was born on 23.11.1859 in Heinzendorf Nr.44 and he has a twin sister named Cecilie.
    The parents were:
Father: Johann Schwirtlich, sohn of Josef Schwirtlich and Julianna Munster, all from Heinzendorf
Mother: Franziska Stefek, daughter of Johann Franz Stefek and Anna Apolonia Michel, all from Tyrn /heute Derne/
Maybe is Stephan Schwirtlich the brother of Josef Schwirtlich.
The birth register for Heinzendorf is in our archives only to 1861 and there isn´t a record of another child of Johann Schwirtlich and Franziska Stefek. We tried to find the record of marriage of Johann Schwirtlich and Franziska Stefek. The wedding could be in the village of the bride - in Tyrn, but it wasn´t in Tyrn and also in Heinzendorf. Also in the town Fulnek and Odry wasn´t the wedding. In all the willages in this neighbourhood wasn´t searched.
Any other children of Johann Schwirtlich and Franziska Stefek were born in Heinzendorf /and all parish Gross Petersdorf-Dolni Vrazne, where Heinzendorf was/ and in Tyrn.
When You haven´t any other information to the person of Josef Schwirtlich, we can´t make for You more.
