BIRTH: MARRIAGE: DEATH: HISTORY: Joseph lived 1 mile from Newton on the road to Deckertown; he afterward bought 2 farms above Middleville in Stillwater Twp, and there lived and died. SOURCE: "The Lundy Family & Their Descendants" by William C. Armstrong, page 191, 202.

BIRTH: MARRIAGE: DEATH: Died in his 86th year. In 1830 the Schooley household consisted on one male 5-10; one 70-80; 3 females 20-30; and one 60-70. Ten years later Joseph and his son, Benjamin, were enumerated in a combined household, which included one male 15-20, one 50-60, one 80-90; one female 30-40, one 40-50, and one 60-70, with 2 persons engaged in agriculture.
