- Pg. 46 - Panel of 12 freeholders summoned by the Court, Sept. 14, 1814 to meet on the lands of Isiah Beard on Locust Creek where he plans to build a water gristmill. Judgement that part of Isaac Hawks' land will be overflowed by backwater but no injury; also no injury to fish, to ordinary navigation or health of neighbors submitted by John S. Ewing, John Grimes, William Edmiston, William Oldham, Abraham Hawk, James Edmiston, Robert Rhea, Thomas Oldham, Joseph Oldham, David Hannah, Andrew Edmiston and James Callison.
