He next m. 14 July 1680, Mary, wid. of maj. Simon Willard, wh. d. 28 Dec. 1715, and he d. 16 Nov. 1717. Shattuck, in Farmer, says he was selectman 28 yrs. from 1662, yet we find not his name among the freem. of the Col.
