 Nancy remarried about 1863 to Joseph Beaver. 
 In the 1870 census for Bates Co., Missouri, Jo. Beaver is 23, farmer from Missouri; with Nancy 38 KY; [stepchildren] Nancy E. Myers 14 KY; James 12 KY; Martin 9 MO; Sarah 7 MO; [their children] M. E. 3 and 'Kiddie' 1 -- both born MO. [Nancy's husband's aunt] Elizabeth Smart is 76 KY.
 In the 1880 census for Erath Co., Texas, Joseph Beaver is 33 MO (OH, OH), farmer; with Nancy J. 47 KY (KY, KY) and children Michael E. 14; Kittie S. 11; William K. 8; and Mary A. 5.  Elizabeth Smart 81 KY, single, is a 'boarder'. Her son Martin Myers is living with grandparents John and Kitty Wilson on the same page.
