Facts and Events
Name Joseph Marshall
Gender Male
Birth[1] Abt 1628
Death[1][2] 29 May 1702 St Albans, Hertfordshire, England

Joseph Marshall's exact date and place of birth have yet to be established. If the age quoted on his gravestone was correct, he was born about 1628. It seems likely that he was the Joseph Marshall referred to in the will of John Marshall (d. 1658) who referred to a son named Joseph.

Joseph wrote a will on 26th November 1701, describing himself as "Joseph Marshall the elder of the Town of St Albans in the County of Hertford Coachman". He died on 29th May 1702 and was buried at St Albans Abbey.
