Vol. 23, folio 169 reverse 21 Dec 1704: Deed of gift from Joseph Leeds and Miriam Leeds the wife of Joseph Leeds of the Town of Dorchester to son Nathaniel Leeds the westerly end of the house, half the barn, and several small parcels of land, "shall be deducted when our Estate shall be divided among our children", "not to sell ... while we Continue in this World".
Vol. 29, folio 70 reverse 24 Jan 1714/15: Joseph Leeds of Dorchester for love good will and affection which I bear towards son Samuel Leeds of Dorchester grants several parcels of land. Attested to by witnesses 31 Jan 1714/15.
