In the name of God Amen, I Joseph Fitch of the town of Milford Oakland County in State of Michigan considering the uncertainty of this Mortal life and being of sound and perfect mind and memory Blessed be Almighty God for the Same, do make and publish this as my last will and testament in a manner and form following (that is to say) first I give and bequeth unto Herman Fitch fifteen Dollars and unto Ephraim Fitch Six Dollars also to Mary Vandecar, Alta Agerton Rhoba Sears Cordelia Fitch and Anna Fitch five Dollars Each to be paid when convenient after my Debts are all Paid and Also All my real and Personal Estate that is left I Give and Bequeth to my beloved wife Rhoba(?) Fitch and Joseph H. Fitch During their natural Life and I also give and bequeth to my beloved wife all of my House hold Furniture to Do with them as She may think best after my Said Debts are Paid and after my Wife Phoba Fitch and Joseph H. Fitch Death what remains of the Property to be equally divided amongts the Heirs of Joseph H. Fitch. Lastly I hereby Appoint my said beloved wife, and Joseph H. Fitch my sole Executors of this my last will and testament and hereby Revoking all former wills by me.
