"State of Pennsylvania County of Perry; I certify that the above is a true copy of the family record of Joseph Duncan and Caroline Duncan. That I made said copy from said Record which is now the possession of Caroline Buff who was late Caroline Duncan. That I have no interest in the application of Duncan's widow for pension.
Witness my hand and affixed said this 5th day of July 1867.
