Linda Lines (509) Croxton Kerrial and Newbold WAR

Linda is descended from Lucy Sophia Cave (1861) of Newbold WAR, who married Charles William Elliott in 1883. Her parents were Joseph (1824) and Ann Glen. Then Christopher (1824) and Sarah Peasenall; Thomas (1763) of Croxton Kerrial, and his second wife Ann Lane.

Steve Smith (458) Cave of Swinford

Steve’s links with the Cave family are interesting. His brother, Ian married Deborah Cave (1970). Her parents are James (1944) and Gillian Eaton. Then to Albert Thomas (1904) and Eva Bealsey; Walter Eli (1881) of Swinford and Alice Penn; William (1852) and Anne Barnett. On this line we have more research to do to prove which William of Swinford this family is linked to.

However, James (1944) had a brother Colin (1934) who married Joan Cave (1941). Her parents were Percival (1910) of Clifton on Dunsmore, and his wife Ethel Freeman. Then to Hubert (1884) of Ellesmere Port and Florence Colledge; William Henry (1859) of Salford and his first wife Mary Crutchley; Joseph henry (1828) of Newbold and Hannah Glen; Thomas (1798) of Croxton Kerrial and Susannah Warren; Thomas (c1763) and his 2nd wife Ann Lan
