Priest Family, p. 29, shows one son Jonathan, bap. 1718 and d. 1738 (i.e., the one baptism record and the one gravestone found), the age at death on the gravestone either being unseen, or ignored, or interpreted differently than the sources cited on Person:Jonathan Priest (1). The gravestone is unreadable and there is a possibility that it has been misread, but that can't be determined. There is no probate for Jonathan, which indicates either he was not of age, or he had no estate of significance. However, since two sources (caveat: Find A Grave may not represent an independent reading) give the same age and there is room for both births in the family, so until further evidence is found to refute it, the data suggests there were two sons named Jonathan.
