10 Mar 1717/18: decree to set out third part of estate to "ye decds relict widow Sarah now the wife of John Bemis", "Eldest Son Jonathan" to take residue, paying his brothers and sisters. Performed 21 Apr 1718.
21 Jan 1718/19: "subscribers being the Children & gardians to the Children of Mr. Jonathan Philips late of Watertown Deced, have agreed upon a Division of the Real & Personal Estate"...to John Ormes he having purchased of the Eldest Brother part of the homstal, who hath Chose the Homstall, John Ormes to pay other children; to Dan'll Herrington Gardian for George Phillips and John Fisk gardian for Nat'll Phillips they paying other children; to Ebenezer Hastings in part of his wives portion ["husband to Ruth Phillips"], to John Ormes in the Right of Sarah Phillips now [smudge] and Simon Tayntor Gardian to Hannah Phillips.
