Yeoman, being very sick and weak", dated 7 Feb 1703-4, proved 13 Nov 1704, names wife Sarah; eldest son Jonathan [under age]; sons George and Nathaneel "when of Age", daughters Elisabeth, Ruth, Sarah and Hannah, "my Eldest Daughter Elisabeth". Mr. Joseph Sherman and wife Sarah to be executors.
    6 Nov 1704: Inventory of "Jonathan Philupes estate which deceased the : 15 : of october : 1704".
    13 Nov 1704: Mr. Joseph Sherman renounced executorship.
    10 Mar 1717/18: decree to set out third part of estate to "ye decds relict widow Sarah now the wife of John Bemis", "Eldest Son Jonathan" to take residue, paying his brothers and sisters. Performed 21 Apr 1718.
