    Vol. 178, p. 361 21 Feb 1811: Jonath Holman of Templeton Yeoman for $1300 to Benj'a Richardson of Sterling a tract in westerly Templeton 46 acres, another tract south of Gerry road about 36 acres, another tract south of the Turnpike about 2 acres set to me out of my late Fathers Estate as mortgage for four notes. Two seals but only Jonathan signed.

    Vol. 179, p. 57 20 Apr 1811: Jonathan Holman of Templeton Gentleman [with Zilpha Holman wife of the said Jonathan] for $2435 to Benjamin Richardson of Sterling my lands and buildings in Templeton: 15 acres with dwelling house, 25+ acres north of Turnpike, 36+ acres part in Templeton and part in Gerry, 1 1/2 acres. Acknowledged 20 Apr 1811 by Jonathan only.

    Vol. 180, p. 300 21 May 1811: Jonathan Holman of Templeton Gentleman [and Zilpha my wife] for $300 to Amos Jones of Gerry all right in the thirds set off to my Mother as her right of dower laying in Templeton. Acknowledged 21 May 1811 by Jonathan only.

    [Note: the following two deeds are probably the son, the Chairmaker, based on a wife named Susan.]

    Vol. 237, p. 582 19 Jul 1824: Jonathan Holman of Templeton Gentleman for $375 to John Greanleaf of Templeton yeoman a tract of land in northerly part of Templeton of three acres exclusive of a public road crossing it, as mortgage for payment of some notes. [Followed by deed dated the same day of Israel Whitcomb of Winchendon Gentleman and Eunice the wife of the said Israel (signed Emme) for $475 to Jonathan Holman of Templeton alias Chairmaker for the same property.]

    Vol. 245, p. 187 9 Jun 1825: Jonathan Holman of Templeton Gentleman alias Chairmaker [and Susan the wife of said Jonathan Holman] for #575 to John Greenleaf of Templeton Farmer a tract in northerly part of Templeton 3 acres exclusive of a public road.
