    Will of "Jonathan Goodell of Marlborough ... Wheel Wright Going with the Expedition against Canada", dated 7 May 1758, proved 24 Dec 1759, names wife Keturah, eldest son Jonathan Goodell, youngest son Joseph Goodell. Son Jonathan to be sole executor.
    22 Dec 1759: Assent of Keturah and Joseph to proving of will, noted on will.
    22 Jan 1760: Inventory of Mr Jonathan Goodell Late of Marlborough
    [Note: case 9310 concerns declaring the widow non compos mentis, includes her petition claiming her son as executor "treats me very hard", sold her oxen, warned her son Joseph out of her house, etc. A guardian, Josiah Wilkins is appointed to manage her affairs.]
