    " Here lyes the body of M'r John Wright who deceased April ye 30th 1714 in the 83'rd year of his age."

    John Wright, son of Deacon John and Priscilla Wright, was born before the settlement of Woburn. His wife, Abigail, died 1726 (epitaph 92). He was prosecuted for Baptist sentiments in 1671. (Vide Sewall's History, 154, 175.)
