Mary Wortley, who married John, son of John and Susanna (King) Barker, may have been related. My information was that his parents were John and Mary, while the ships passenger list for Mary has parents John and Ann. John A. Wortley is not listed as a child of that family.
For the 1880 census, I believe John and Caroline were in Jackson. Her name is given as Maria.
