Will of John Whittingham of Ipswich, Mass., proved 27 Ma 1649, calls Samuel Haugh, son of Atherton Haugh of Boston, Mass. his brother.

Will of Richard Whittingham of Sutterton in the parts of Holland, in the County of Lincoln [England], gentleman, 6 March 1615, proved 18 April 1618 names [among others] wife Elizabeth, "if my wife be with child then to such child", my brother-in-law Mr Peter Buckley and to Edward his son". No children mentioned, though the phrase "the heirs of her body by me" (referring to his wife) occurs multiple times.
[Note: this will, combined with the above cited article shows that John's parents are Richard Whittingham and Elizabeth Bulkeley (sister to Rev. Peter of Hingham), not Baruch Whittingham as previously asserted by various sources.]
