    John H. "Jack" Webber, 88, died Wednesday, January 27, 2010 at Anson General Hospital. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 1, 2010 at First Baptist Church with Jim Lee Baucum officiating. Burial will be in Eastland City Cemetery in Eastland, TX. directed by Adams-Graham Funeral Home.

    Born April 17, 1921 in Boston, Maine, Jack was a son of the late John Henry and Maida (Alsop) Webber. He attended Albany schools and married Joy Yates Lewis December 12, 1975 in Waurika, Oklahoma. Jack worked as a heavy equipment operator and was a member of First Baptist Church.

    He was preceded in death his parents, daughter (Linda Kay), son (Henry Webber),two step-sons (Greg Daniel and Dwight Lewis)

    Survivors include his wife, Joy Webber of Anson; three sons, Jason Lewis of Anson, Billy Daniel of Austin and James Webber of New Braunfels; three daughters, Desiree Lewis, Brenda Harrison and Tifani Smith; three stepbrothers; two stepsisters; 12 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
