Will Abstract

Will of JOHN TYLER.
I JOHN TYLER of King George County .. revoking all wills made before this 4th day of November 1755 .. as co my body my will is that it be Decently buried in Falmouth Church Yard without much noise or funeral .. I bequeath to my beloved wife MARY the use of all my estate .. at her second marriage or death I give to my Grandson TYLER WAUGH my plantation whereon 1 now live laying in King George & Stafford Counties containing 200 acres . in lieu of a piece of land in Fairfax County containing about 250 acres which WILLIAM WAUGH notwithstanding the said land was Iotailed left in his will to his son THOMAS ., to my Grandson WILLIAM WAUGH; to my Grandson THOS WAUGH; to my Granddaughter PRICELLA WAUGH and a pott commonly called my Grand Mothers Pott; to my granddaughter MILLION WAUGH . I leave two negroes in the hands of my Executors for the use of my Daughter MARGARET for her support .. without any benefit to DANIEL ROYALHY her wicked & ill disposed Husband who I disclaim for his ill treatment of her as unworthy to be called my son in law • appoint my worthy friend and benefactor CHARLES CARTER Esqr. of Stanstid also HARRY TYLER and JOHN FITZHUGH of Stafford to be Executors.
