Husbandman", dated 21 Mar 1728/9, proved 26 Dec 1737, names wife [blot]; sons Henry Stevens [eldest] and John Stevens; four married daughters Sarah Cros wife to Natha[blot]rous El[i]zabeth Cambrlin wife to Joseph Chambrlin Debroah Fa[blot]worth wife to Epherim farnworth and Abigill woods wife to Isac woods; four unmarried daughters Joannah Stevens and Ester Thankfull and Prudance. Two sons to be executors.
    12 Dec 1737: Henry Stevens to cite heirs of John Stevens late of Chelmsford. Assent by Joseph Chamberlin, Isaac Woods, Nathaniel Parker, Prudance Stevens that will should be proved. "I have Cited all Concerned, except Thankfull Robbins living at Nichawog."
    24 Dec 1737: Petition of Sarah Stephens Widdo that son Henry Stephens should be sole executor, son John "not Capable take Care of him Self".
