  9. "LEGAL NOTICE -- Elizabeth A. Knox, a minor, under 14 years of age, andHarold Knox, her father, whose post office address is 3623 ScheeleAvenue, Fort Wayne, Indiana, will take notice that on the 23rd day ofSeptember, 1930, Forrest Sponseller as plaintive file his petition inthe Court Of Common Pleas of Van Wert County, Ohio, in case number 16883against the above named person and others, representing that he had alegal right to and is seized in the simple aspect of a devisee and oneof the heirs at law of John F. Sponseller, deceased, of the undivided1/4 part of the following described real estate, situate in the townshipof Tully, County of Van Wert and state of Ohio, to Wit:
    the northwest quarter of section 21, town 1 fell, range 1 East,containing 160 acres of land, more or less.
    That said John F. Sponseller died testate, January 1, 1930, leaving alast will and testament, which was duly admitted to the probate in theProbate Court of Van Wert County, Ohio, and duly recorded at p. 271 ofvolume 16 of the Will Records of said court.
    That by the terms of said will be above described real estate wasdevised in equal shares to Forrest Sponseller, Leona Mollenkopf,Florence Sponseller and one Grace Knox: that prior to the death of JohnF. Sponseller, the said Grace Knox died intestate leading Elizabeth A.Knox her soul and only heir at law and next of kin.
    That Leona Mollenkopf, Florence Sponseller and Elizabeth A. Knox aretenants in common with worst Sponseller in said premises in theproportion of 1/4 each. The prayer of said petition is that partitionmay be made of said premises and the interest of plaintive may be sentover to him in severalty, for costs and all proper relief.
    You are required to answer or demur to said petition on or before thesixth day of December, 1930, or the relief prayed for will be granted bythe court."
