John and Rebecca (Prince) Putnam, widow of John Fuller … ; married second, after March 1690, Hannah (Green) Acey, … daughter of Henry and Mary (_____) Green, widow of John Acey of Rowley … ; married third, (intention, Ipswich, Mass., 28 Aug. 1718), Rebecca (Bradner) Prior of Ipswich, … (probably Rebecca Bradner who married, intention Ipswich 7 Nov. 1712, Richard Prior]. His service as a volunteer in King Philip's War, 1675, is proved by the claim of his grandson Timothy Sheapard to a share in Narragansett Township No. 1 (now Buxton, Maine; [Bodge, Soldiers in King Philips War, p. 416]."
