    1814, Apr. 14. Sharp, Adam, of South Amboy Twsp., Middlesex Co. ; will of.
    - Son, John, land at Deep Gully between me and Samuel Vantine and adjoining the lot purchased of William Magee, he paying $250 to 3 daughters, Margaret Earhart, Elizabeth Dewees, Jane Culver.
    - Son, George, residue of lands ; also horses, oxen, farming utensils, he paying to grandsons (children of dec'd son, Phillip), $250, i.e., Gordon, and Phillip, when they are 21.
    - To Stephen Smyth, land in Spotswood lately purchased of William Throckmorton, he paying $25 to 2 grandchildren, Adam Martin and Hetty Martin (now wife of William Applegate).
    - To Margaret Earhart, a certain note I have against her late husband, John Earhart.
    - Rest of personal estate to be sold and proceeds to daughters then living.
    Executors - son, George, Peter Earhart and Stephen Smyth.
    Witnesses - Cornelius Johnson, Matthias Johnson, John B. Johnson.
