Provides for wife Isabel. Mentions that his sons James and John were in possession of 400 acres of land in Washington County, which he and paid for.

   He married Isabella Smith on 16 November 1756 in Wilmington, New Castle, Delaware, British Colonial America. John was a private in the Revolutionary War. He enlisted 25 January 1776 in Chester County, 4th Penn Battalion under Capt. Taylor and Col. Wayne. In 1777, he served as a private in Capt. John Ramsey's company, Chester County, Pennsylvania militia.
