..and John [Robins] [died] prior to 1701 when he is named in deeds as "John Robins deceased".
March 31, 1701, I, William Robins of Lyme, do hereby acquit and discharge my brother, Joseph Robins, administrator unto the estate of my father, John Robins, late of Lyme, of debts, dews, and or legasis whatsoever...that was dew to me as my portion.
