- Deed. 30 March 1706. John Ridgdall of St Annes parish sells Anthony Samuell Senr of same par; for 2150 lb tobo, 50 acres of land in St A par, part of 92 acres granted Jno Ridgall 26 Apl 1704. The land on W side of a branch of Occupasia Swamp called Peuman, and is a corner of land formerly granted James Gaines and part of it now in possession of Samuell Ellett. Adjs land of Daniel Newell.
