Deed, Greene County, TN: A deed of conveyance from Thomas Gragg of the County of Cock[e] and State of Tennessee of the one part, and John Renner of the County of Greene and State aforesaid of the other part, dated 14th September 1803, in consideration of the Sum of one hundred and fifty pound Virginia money, for one hundred and twenty nine acres of land on the south side of Nolichuckey River, was proven by the oath of Roger Browning one of the subscribing witnesses.

Deed, Greene County, TN: A deed of conveyance from Thomas Gragg to Roger Browning, dated 1st February 1805 for the sum of $500, one certain tract or parcel of Land on the South Side of Nollachuckey River in the County of Greene State of Tennessee, Containing ninety and one fourth acres and twenty seven poles of land, beginning on East Bank of the Dryfork of Meadow Creek, being part of a tract of two hundred acres Originally Granted by the State of North Carolina by pattent No. 12306 to Thomas Gragg, was proven by the oath of John Renner one of the subscribing witnesses.
