Acquisition of Land from Virginia Northern Neck Land Grants:
- 5-216: John Pope son of Nath'l Pope of Westmoreland County 18 Nov. 1718 set forth that Elizabeth Jackson of Stafford County dyed seized of 950 acres. He will give half the Escheat to Elias Hore of Stafford County and the other half to his father Nath'l Pope. Grant to Nath'l Pope Gent for 462½ acres part of Patent for 1,850 acres granted Peter Knight & Baker Cutts 13 Oct. 1653 & 9 Oct. 1656. 960 acres patented by Eliz. Cutts who m. Capt.
