19 Jun 1727: Bond of Abigall Poole Widow, and Jonathan Pool, all of Glocester, as adm'rs on estate of John Poole Late of Glocester Dec'd Intestate. 13 Oct 1727: Inventory of estate of John Pool late of Glocester by Thomas Witham, James Lane, Ebenezer Davis. 7 May 1728: Division of the reall and personall Estate of Mr John Pool late of Glocester deceased. "The Widow for a Valuable Consideration to be paid to Her personally has quitted all Her Right of Dower ... excepting What belongs to her from the Portions of her own naturall Children Return and Abigail Pool now Minors, as also one third Part of ye House...", to Jonathan, to Ebenezer, to Joshua, to Caleb, to Robert and John, to Returne, also paid to John Chote as part of his wives portion. Personal property to Abigail Pool Widow, Jonathan Pool, Robert Pool, Ebenezer Pool, Joshua Pool, Caleb Pool, John Pool, Return Pool, Miriam Choate, Abigail Pool. Judge's decree adds various payments between siblings.
