Will of John Pannill
- Pages 347-47. Will of John Pannill, being in a low state of health, dated 8 Dec. 1762.
- My mother shall have what part of my Negroes she shall think fit for her lifetime and after her decesase they shall be equally divided amongst all my brothers and sisters. What part she does not take shall be equally divided between my own three brothers and sister.
- My outstanding debts which are due to me shall be equally divided between my own three brothers and sister. Aol my other effects and rights equally divided between my own three brohers and sister.

- 27 Oct. 1763. William Pannill presented into Court a writing which he made oath was a true copy of the last will of John Pannill. He destroyed the original will as John had the small pox when he made it. William with Elijah Morton his security entered into bond.
