Buried in unmarked grave. He died on a train returning home -- per Grace Koda.

Death certificate stated his father was George McGuire. Cause of death heart failure.

Obituary: John Norris, aged 40, died Monday evening near Spring City after several months' illness of heart toruble. The funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at the Congregational Church in Soddy. Interment took place in the Presbyterian cemetery. The services were conducted by the Rev. Taylor Henry, pastor of Soddy Congregational Church. He is survived by his widow and five children, his mother, Mrs. W. R. Woosnam, two sister, Mrs. Rees Mills of Soddy and Mrs. Bert Crites.
