Mr. Nix. John Franklin (Frank) Nix, 82 , Crossville Rt# 2, died Monday at the residence. Funeral services were to be today at 2 p.m. at Mt Pleasant Baptist Church with the bural in the adjoining cemetery. Survivors: wife, Mrs. Nora Mullins Nix. sons, Calvin, N.J. and Barney, Nix as of Crossville. Carl and Clyde Nix, both of Boaz" 15 grandaachildren. 13 grerat great grandchildren sisters Mrs Ella Roden, and Mrs Buelah Roden, both of Crossville; brothers Oliver and Reuben Nix both of Crossville. I am told that he served in World War One. But I do not have the unit.
