In the name of God Amen I John McCulloch of Blount County and State of Tennessee being sick and weak of body but of sound mind and disposing memory for which I Oncick? God and Calling to mind the uncertainty of human life and being desirous do dispose of all such worldly substance as it ___ pleased God to bless me with. I give and bequeath the ___ in manner following that is to say.
1st. I desire that all my perishable property be immediately sold after my decease and out of the monies arising therefrom all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid ~
2ly. after the payment of my debts and funeral expenses I give to my brother Thomas McCulloch ten dollars. I give to my two nieces Nancy McCulloch and Elizabeth McCulley the remainder of the monies and also such debts as may be oweing to me at my decease to be equally divided between them.
I give and bequeath to my brother Samuel McCulloch the plantation I now live on and lastly I do hereby constitute and appoint my friends John Caldwell and John McCauley Senr. Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking other or former wills or testaments by me heretofore made.
