Settlement 1 Jan 1752 gives 1/3 to widow, 2/3 to Joseph Marriner of Falmouth, husbandman, "eldest surviving son" of John Marriner, Joseph to pay other heirs or their heirs: John Marriner eldest son deceased [receipt by Sarah Marriner], Sarah Elwell receipt by Sarah Elwell], Elizabeth Staple [receipt by Samuel and Elizabeth Staples], Rachael Fogg [receipt by Samuel and Rachel Fogg], Mary Dyer [receipt by James and Mary Dyer], Hannah Dyer [receipt by Micah and Hannah Dyer], Susanna Marriner [Ezekiel Cushing receipt signed as guardian of both Susannah and Benjamin].
