    JOHN MALACEK
    Services for John Malacek an employee of the National Acme Co. for 40 years, will be held tomorrow at 2:30 p.m. in the Thomas funeral home, 12312 Miles Avenue S.E.
    Mr. Malacek,who was 68, died Thursday at St. Luke's Hospital. His home was at 3634 E. 112th Street. He was an enthusiastic gardener and supplied flowers to Broadway Christian Church, of which he was a member.
    Surviving him are his wife, Dorothy; a daughter, Mrs. Jane Koutnik: a son, Neil: four sisters, Mae, Emma, Mrs. Nettie Svec and Mrs. Ella Rubna; a brother, Joseph and two grandchildren.
